This morning we announced the release of several improvements to Referly including a shiny new API that lets any company set up a social referral program, a shopping directory, and an overall upgrade to the website’s usability and design polish.
The goal of this release is to start moving beyond being a power tool for managing links and earning rewards to a true marketplace where individuals, businesses, and brands can all benefit from social sharing of beloved products. The creation of this marketplace – where a business can define how much they are willing to pay for a signup, sale, upgrade or other action – is Customer Acquisition as a Service.
