** Why We're Doing This & What's Next **
Referly was created to help anyone earn money for driving product purchases. While some earned money, the overall feedback we have received is that money isn't the motivation for writing great articles.
Contributors are excited about getting paid, but the majority prefer a pay-per-post model rather than pay-per-purchase commissions.
Based on this feedback, we created a paid freelancer program which some of you have been piloting. Based on the success of this program, we've decided to discontinue paying affiliate commissions to focus on creating a community-contributed magazine of free and paid content.
** Expanding the Paid Freelance Contributor Program **
In the coming months we will focus on expanding our freelancer program, and continue in our mission to create a sustainable model where digital journalists, columnists, essay, feature and even fiction writers can get paid for producing great content alongside product curators, reviewers, and experts.
Please contact email@example.com if you are interested in becoming a paid freelance contributor.
If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll be happy to work with you to make this transition as smooth as possible. As always, we are deeply appreciative of the time you have invested in using Referly, and can't wait to share what's next in our mission to create a peer-to-peer media production company powered by software.
