Not all however are great. So here is my list!!!!!!!!

Food Canning and Preserving
Homesteading doesn't have to be reserved for the hippie dippie suburbanites. I you don't grow your own goods, take advantage of seasonal farmers markets to ferment and pickle your way to a bit more self sufficiency, canned goods that are better suited to your taste and contain less preservatives.

Recipe: Dinner & Wine for Two - $30
Penne Alfredo with Pancetta, paired with Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc: Boil water in a large pot, place one handful of penne in the water for each person you will be serving. Empty the pancetta into a skillet and heat on medium temperature until lightly sizzling. Warm sauce in a pan and combine with pancetta when it is hot (make sure not to dump in the grease). Reduce penne to simmer until tender, remove from heat and combine in a large bowl.
