Penne Alfredo with Pancetta, paired with Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc: Boil water in a large pot, place one handful of penne in the water for each person you will be serving. Empty the pancetta into a skillet and heat on medium temperature until lightly sizzling. Warm sauce in a pan and combine with pancetta when it is hot (make sure not to dump in the grease).
